More like, Coca-Cola BLECH!  I saw this bottle at Larry's market, and, being a sucker for new shiny things, I bought one without being entirely sure what it was.  I had a feeling , from the ingredients, that it was some sort of Coke/Coffee thing.

Well, that's exactly what it is.  Coca-Cola and coffee.  And man, is it YUCKY!

Just got done working with Renee Adsitt from ColorWhiz.  She helped us pick out paint colors for our whole house.  She's TERRIFIC!

Some people might feel entirely confident choosing paint colors for their home, but we didn't.  Our house is very big with lots of walls that travel from one room to the next.  We wanted some color to make the house look "finished" but we are lousy at looking at paint swatches and translating it to a whole room.  Renee sat down with us, thoroughly investigated our likes, dislikes, lifestyle and personalities, and then helped us choose colors that we felt entirely comfortable with.  We reviewed the colors in different contexts around the room, (different lighting, etc.)  She left us with a packet that detailed our exact color choices and exactly what we needed to do for our next step.

Renee is a very personable and knowledgeable professional who will help you make good choices for YOU.  If you're the type of person who gets nervous about painting a room, she's the person for you.

A wonderful podcast which offers commentary on The Howard Stern show.  If you're a Howard fan, it's awesome to hear some intelligent discussion/critique of the show.  "L" and "E" are true fans, smart people, and funny to boot.  Check it out!

I first discovered these at Larry's Market about a year ago.  This company makes chocolate bars, then markets them with theraputic intent.  Brilliant idea!  They take really really good quality Belgian chocolate, then add herbs and spices to them.

You can try a "Vigor" bar (dark chocolate with coffee and guarana) if you need a lift.  A "Tranquility" bar (milk chocolate with lavender and lime) if you need to relax.  Wanna spice things up?  Try a "Sexy" bar with dark chocolate and ginger!  My absolute favorite is "Pleasure".  It's strictly dark chocolate.  I buy a regular size bar and break off a few squares a day.  Lasts me all week.

The bars come in "regular" size (2.82 oz...about twice the size of a Hershey bar) and 0.32 oz "mini-bars".

I've bought them at Larry's Market and they recently started carrying them at The Spa at Pro Sports Club.

Mmmm!  Best ice cream I've had in the greater Seattle area.  This ice cream is made on Bainbridge Island, and served in their great ice cream cafĂ© at Bellevue Square.  There are 48 flavors, they use all natural ingredients, and it's half the butterfat of most premium ice cream.  BUT YOU'D NEVER KNOW IT!  I like to go get a small cake cone with a scoop of their maraschino cherry and a scoop of vanilla with chocolate shavings.  Yummy for your tummy.

Kat and Alex turned me on to this place.  Oh my lordy.  I get so darn excited when I get to go there it's not even funny.  Delicous cupcakes made with REAL ingredients.  I actually like the Babycakes better than the regular ones, as they are so rich that a lil' dab'll do ya.  Yeah, they're not cheap but MY, they're tasty
