Basically I just made the "Pizza Crust" recipe from
Pamela's Amazing Wheat-Free Bread Mix (making sure to do it with some really good olive oil), then used pizza sauce, goat mozzarella, and pepperoni from Whole Foods. I also covered it with Garlic powder! The crust was great (partly because I covered the pan with dried polenta for a nice crunchy bite before laying the crust down. We were all so hungry I almost didn't get to take a picture of it!
