As I mentioned in the previous post, we saw a man making fresh soba at a restaurant just outside of the main gate of Zenkoji Temple. It was very cool to watch him work. We stopped there for soba lunch afterward and it was dee-lish! Teresa said it was her favorite meal of the trip.
